How can these two experiences meet each other?
Dal piatto al bicchiere (From dish to glass) is a project born out of the desire to integrate them, to offer a unique experience throughout our gins.
We imagined how the ingredients of our traditional dishes could be converted into a liquid form to let a gin narrate our roots.
The story we are telling is about a Tuscan peasant family.
This is the story of grandfather Nelusco who made honey and oil a passion, of grandmother Alfa and grandmother Lisa who taught us how cooking is an act of love and care.
This is our story, that of three grandchildren who want to revive, in a new form, their passion for land, for authenticity, for family, for their grandparents.
